Licence plates were attached to the base of a wall where the licence holder was permitted to stand whilst awaiting hire.
Another difficult one to spot initially, and I cycled past it twice before I spotted it. It's actually on the boundary side wall of the hotel in Trinity Place near the Lightning Fibre wall cabinet.
