Licence plates were attached to the base of a wall where the licence holder was permitted to stand whilst awaiting hire.
Boundary wall of Wish Tower grounds, opposite Wilmington Square road (Citrus Hotel side). Next to the electrical cabinets that are recessed into the boundary wall.
Condition: Poor. Split vertically. Buried deeply with part of ‘S’ obscured.
Judging by the ‘new’ pink cement, I assume this was one of those reinstated in 1984.
